EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We place our signature  of integrity on every Rioja Holistic Home™ selection.  Given the handcrafted nature of our pieces our policies are designed for a maintainable working model. Our ultimate goal is to enrich the health and  home experience for your family or those to whom you are gifting our selections.

Order Changes & Cancellations

There is a 24 hour grace period after placing your order to cancel or modify your order.  Simply email us at customercare@riojaholistichome.com and we will process a 100% refund or modify the order placed.   After this grace period is over, fulfillment begins and orders can no longer be cancelled or modified.  This policy is in place given the European handcrafted quality and the extraordinary research and  journey our selections have made to arrive here.

Exchanges 

There is a 10 day period for exchanges of equal or greater value  or store credit after receiving your shipment. We do not offer refunds. To initiate an exchange please write to our customer care  department.  Upon receipt of your exchange we will inspect your piece and expect it to be returned in its original condition and complete packaging.  Otherwise an exchange cannot be accepted.  Exchange shipping fees and insurance are the purchasers responsibility. 

Guarantee of Quality

Every piece is examined by our quality control team upon arrival  to our warehouse in the USA. We will not approve any item  for shipping if it holds any defect or damage. Should any of your purchases arrive damaged due to defects please:  take a photo, and  send it to us at customercare@riojaholistichome.com with your order number within 24 hours of receiving your package.   If  concluded it is a defect we will take the steps to  repair or replace your selection within 48 hours of receiving your communication.  Our mission is to ensure that these handcrafted and heritage selections enrich the home with health and beauty  and the Rioja Holistic Home experience.
