Shipping policy

We currently ship to the USA including Alaska and Hawaii and internationally to Canada and the UK.

All orders ship within 48 hours after the grace period on business days unless otherwise notified.  Due to the limited edition nature of our selections, if any piece is on back order you will receive a notification with an estimate of the creation and anticipated shipping date.  All orders will include tracking details.  If there are any questions about your package or the status of your shipping please check the order shipping  email with the UPS or DHL tracking number.  If your questions are not answered, please then contact customercare@riojaholistichome.com 

The shipping agent will be confirmed at the check out.  Please note once your package leaves our facility and is in delivery transport by the shipping agent, we are not responsible for any damaged missing or stolen packages. Any claims will need to be placed with the shipping carrier.
